How To Order

Orders can be placed online via our secure shopping cart: simply add products to your cart as you browse through our site (or see all of our products at a glance), and then click Checkout in the black bar at the left side of any page, or using the links below:

Order Details

Currency and International Orders
All orders are processed in UK £ Sterling. We can, however, accept payment by credit card from International customers: the online order form provides an approximation of the equivalent amount in US $ and Euros, but the exact amount charged to International credit cards may vary from this amount due to slight fluctuation in exchange rates as transactions are processed, and charges levied by your bank or credit card company.

Formats
Fonts are provided as downloads in ZIP (PC) or DMG (Mac) format [see Single Typeface Help for help in opening], as chosen at time of order. Optionally, and for boxed products, they are also provided on a USB flash drive.

Processing and Delivery
Orders for downloadable fonts are processed immediately and download details provided in an email with a 48 hour time-limited hyperlink.
USB flash drives are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders within the UK are sent by First Class mail free of charge, outside the UK a small additional delivery charge per order is added for airmail delivery within Europe (inc Eire), and worldwide (inc. US).

Academic and Local History Society Discounts
A discount of 20% is offered on all historical font products to students and academic staff, and also to Local History societies (by prior approval). Discounts do not apply to special offers. See details.

Multiple Licences
Products are purchased with a licence for personal use on up to five computers/devices. Additional licences for use on further computers or by further persons within one institution can be purchased at reduced rates as shown below: please contact licensing@crazydiamond.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
